About Us

The name “Teleios” describes a journey of discovering
who we are, what we uniquely carry and what we can
really achieve. The adventure starts each day with new possibilities and new opportunities. It is all about setting
out together with like minded people and figuring out how to fly together effectively.


For the past two decades and working with many different cultures and geographies we have had the privilege of helping our customers rise to their challenges. We have taken many different roles including, friend, catalyst, trainer, coach, project manager and facilitator. All roles though are underpinned with a passion to be real and a commitment to be open.

Our passion is to see people skilled, motivated, confident and contributing to the success of their enterprise.

Our customer’s reality is that senior executives often feel caught between a rock and a hard place, team leaders wrestle with trying to motivate or at least hold together teams under enormous pressure and individuals who regularly run out of time and energy each day. Organisational success is often put down to a “golden thread of goodwill” and we would add being “change able” as well.

Our approach is to always start in the challenging and sometimes messy world of our customer’s reality. We listen to the questions really being asked in the informal meeting places and the hopes being expressed. Working in partnership with our customers we then design and deliver solutions that make a sustained difference.

Our delight is to see people rise above their context and deliver exceptional outcomes. Our values are to see this achieved in ways which are good for the individual and communities of which they are part of.


Teleios Consulting was formed in 1993 with specialists who came from very different backgrounds in Central Government, HR, Recruitment & Selection, and the IT Industry. We shared a passion and a vision to become a force for effective positive change in the organisations, teams and people we served. Our team today:
