With only 4 days to transform over 40 personnel, we devised a very focussed workshop that ran twice (two cohorts of 20 staff each). Our mix of powerful experiential activities, contemplative periods for reflection, clear research data, and a set of practical tools helped the groups to see not only what was going wrong (they all knew that deep inside anyway), but why it was going wrong and how to fix it.


We didn’t do ‘magic’ – but the results were transformational. Each group experienced a powerful journey of learning that was illuminating, thought provoking, and a lot of fun.
“We now have powerful memories of the learning, so when we sometimes fall back into old ways, one of us will stop the group and remind everyone “do you remember when…?”
